Because processed food and junk food contains salt and sugar in a very large amount , which is very dangerous to our body and mind. They have very negative impact on our body. Bread and pastry all are made of white flour (maida) which contains negligible amount of nutrients. While whole grains are good for health because they contain fiber, vitamins and minerals, which our body needs. Add vegetables and fruits to your diet. As more than 50% of your diseases can be cured from a healthy diet. By taking a healthy diet, you will be protected from diseases like Heart Attack, Obesity and cancer.
